Software Developer (Software Developer II) - Information Technology Digital Transformation
This is a temporary position for an expected one year with no permanent status granted. Temporary assignments may expire prior to the ending date.
The Software Developer is responsible for coordinating the full software development lifecycle for over 25 web applications and services, ensuring their performance, security, and reliability. This position collaborates with campus stakeholders, UX developers, and third-party vendors to enhance applications like the CSUSB Mobile App and Campus Portal while integrating scalable system architectures and APIs. Additionally, this position manages databases, optimizes system performance, and produces technical documentation to support ongoing development and university needs.

Anticipated Hiring Range : Step 1 ($6,492.00 per month)
Classification Salary Range : minimum Step 1 ($6,492 per month) - maximum Step 20 ($9,458.00) monthly.
