The Payroll Auditor performs payroll audits and quality control functions to ensure compliance with tax, regulatory, and company policies. Job duties include :
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Associate's degree or equivalent education and / or payroll experience.
Experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Related work experience as an Internal Auditor or Payroll Processor / Specialist.
High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
Strong critical thinking skills to make informed decisions.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
Ability to pick up new tasks as assigned on a daily / weekly / monthly / annual basis.
Ability to adapt to change quickly as the company grows and policies and laws update.
Self-starter who can work as a team and individually.
This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
