What you will do :

Demonstrate effective problem-solving skills

Maintain strong customer service

Make recommendations and provide value to homeowners on systems and equipment

Troubleshoot plumbing system issues for customers and understand system design

Attend periodic manufacturer training classes

Participate in safety training and adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Ability to handle physical workload of at least 50 LBS

Who you are :

1-5 Years Plumbing installation experience preferred

Plumbing degree or equivalent field experience with certification from a technical / trade school

Valid driver's license with clean motor vehicle record

Ability to handle heavy equipment

LOCATION : Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience :

Plumbing Service or Sales : 1 year (Required)

Work Location : In person

Responsibilities

Deliver a great client experience by educating them on the way we can improve the health, safety, and comfort of their home environment

Answer any customer questions and inform them of any pertinent information about their equipment.

Communicate daily with the sales coordinator, and / or sales manager.

Document every call / job in an organized and detailed manner.

Office time required for trainings, meetings, and required follow up / prospecting.

Qualifications

HVAC experience is not required, but a plus

Proven sales experience, B2C preferred

Valid driver's license

PAY TRANSPARENCY :

The starting salary for this opportunity ranges as it's commission-based fully. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility. We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
