Superintendent

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily on-site construction activities for multifamily residential buildings.
• Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and material deliveries.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
• Maintain daily logs, safety reports, and site documentation.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control and compliance.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures; hold regular safety meetings.
• Communicate regularly with the Project Manager and other team members to provide progress updates and address issues.
• Monitor project schedule and provide input on sequencing and logistics to maintain timelines.
• Resolve on-site conflicts and issues that may impact construction progress.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times.
• Participate in project meetings, inspections, and walk-throughs with stakeholders and officials.
• Manage punch lists and project closeout activities.
