We are currently seeking a skilled Insurance Defense Attorney to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters including personal injury, property damage, premises liability, and general liability claims
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Represent clients in court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with clients, adjusters, and internal teams to develop case strategy
• Maintain accurate and timely reporting and documentation
