About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, motivated, and strategic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team at Untitled. As our first SDR hire, you’ll play a pivotal role in building the top-of-funnel engine and continuing to refine the future of our outbound motion to drive meaningful growth.

You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective clients looking to learn more about Untitled, and responsible for developing personalized outreach, identifying high-value opportunities and booking qualified meetings that convert into revenue.

This is a high-ownership, high-impact role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, early-stage environments and wants to be on the front lines of building a modern go-to-market motion in tandem with the founding team.

Responsibilities & Your Day to Day

Qualify inbound leads and move them into the sales funnel

Research and prospect into high-value ICP accounts

Create personalized outbound messages via email, LinkedIn, and phone to engage marketing, eCommerce and revenue leaders

Book discovery calls and demos

Partner closely with our CEO and Head of Growth on closing strategies and account planning

Collaborate with marketing on outbound sequences, campaigns and experimental messaging

Maintain accurate data hygiene in HubSpot and contribute to regular reporting needs

Continuously test new messaging, channels and cadences to improve conversion and response rates

Help define and document the SDR playbook as we prepare to scale the sales team

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in a sales, business development, or outbound SDR role, preferably in a SaaS or martech environment

Strong communication skills and confidence in value-based selling across multiple personas

Demonstrated ability to research and target accounts that generate qualified pipeline opportunities

Comfortable using outbound prospecting tools and CRM platforms

Naturally curious and highly coachable, you take feedback seriously and use it to iterate quickly

Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced environment

Driven by measurable outcomes and energized by early-stage momentum

Bonus Points

Experience in the marketing, data, or advertising SaaS ecosystem

Experience selling DSP offerings and solutions across multiple media types

Familiarity with selling into eCommerce, performance marketing, or RevOps functions

Bachelor's degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field

Exposure to founder-led or early-stage sales processes
