Maintain a pristine, elevated, and consistent aesthetic and functional standard across all 30 studios, ensuring the client experience reflects the NAKEDᴹᴰ brand at every touchpoint. The Maintenance Supervisor ( Branding & Aesthetic Engineer) is the guardian of the NAKEDᴹᴰ studio experience. This role requires a unique mix of technical skill , creative problem-solving , and brand loyalty . Candidates must be willing to travel

  • Aesthetic Oversight
  • Weekly visual walkthroughs (in-person or via local manager photo / video submissions).
  • Check decor, plants, signage, lighting, furniture arrangement, wall paint, mirrors, and uniform displays for brand consistency.
  • Ensure seasonal displays (if any) are on-brand.
  • Replace worn or damaged items immediately (pillows, rugs, chairs, etc.).
  • Functionality & Equipment
  • Verify all treatment equipment is functioning properly.
  • Confirm storage areas are organized and stocked for quick access.
  • Test lighting controls, music systems, and HVAC.
  • Report and coordinate repair or replacement for malfunctioning items.
  • Brand Standards Compliance
  • Use the NAKEDᴹᴰ Aesthetic & Experience Checklist (custom doc we’ll make).
  • Confirm each studio matches corporate-approved layouts, colors, scents, and background music.
  • Conduct quarterly “surprise checks” to catch details that may get overlooked.
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Schedule routine deep cleans with contracted cleaning teams.
  • Perform minor touch-up painting personally (walls, trim, cabinetry, etc.) to maintain a flawless studio appearance.
  • Maintain a replacement cycle for plants, linens, and high-touch items.
  • Vendor Coordination
  • Coordinate and schedule cleaning, repair, delivery, and other 3rd party vendor services as needed.
  • Coordinate, schedule and maintain recurring services, pick-ups and deliveries for all studios.
  • Conduct routine inspections and surprise visits to maintain high standards.
  • Coordinate with Studio Managers to address and prevent maintenance issues.
  • Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, repairs, technical services, and supplies.
  • Oversee recurring maintenance cycles (laundry, cleaning, paint, sharps pickups, water delivery, equipment upkeep).
  • Track all replacements, repairs, and vendor services in a centralized log .
  • Ensure every detail - from scent diffusers and tech devices to pillowcases and alcohol dispensers - meets our company standards.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all studios (luxury minimal aesthetic).
  • Ensure studios maintain operational functionality for maximum staff efficiency.
  • Address issues proactively - not just fixing problems but preventing them.

Requirements

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on skills in touch-up painting, wall / trim repair, small carpentry, and furniture fixes.
  • Understanding of paint finishes, flooring care, and furniture maintenance to preserve a luxury aesthetic.
  • Familiarity with scent, lighting, and audio systems to maintain the brand ambiance.
  • Ability to track and manage inventory of high-touch items (linens, plants, décor, disposables).
  • Experience coordinating with contractors and third-party vendors for larger-scale projects or specialized services.
  • Proficiency with File Sharing and reporting software (i.e. Excel, Google Sheets, Dropbox...).
  • Strong eye for detail with a commitment to brand consistency and luxury minimalism.
  • Proactive problem solver with the ability to anticipate and prevent issues before they escalate.
  • Strong communication skills for working with Studio Managers and corporate leadership.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment / furniture when needed.
  • Comfortable with frequent travel between studios (approximately 50–70%).
  • Prior experience in hospitality, retail, or luxury brand environments preferred.
  • Basic IT troubleshooting (Wi-Fi, music systems, tablets, and other studio devices) a plus.
