Director of Accounting

Vaco is seeking an experienced Director of Accounting for a growing manufacturing organization located in the Phoenix area.

Oversee the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across domestic and international entities.

Drive continuous improvement by implementing best practices, enhancing systems, and streamlining processes across accounting and reporting."

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance ; Master’s degree is preferred.

CPA license is required

Minimum of 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with at least 6+years in a leadership role.

Public accounting experience and / or experience in a publicly traded company required.

Experience in the manufacturing industry (highly preferred)

Salary $175k-$190k plus bonus
