Data Entry Specialist

Mad City Windows and Baths, a company backed by Renuity, is hiring a Data Entry Specialist to join our Finance team at our Madison, WI headquarters! What You'll Do :

  • Assist with completion of projects by requesting payments from lenders
  • Input text and figures into company databases and spreadsheets
  • Respond to customer communications and ensure questions are answered in a timely manner
  • Handle confidential information and data in a professional manner
  • Partner with the Finance Team to resolve account discrepancies, as needed

    • What You'll Bring :

  • Detail-oriented mindset within a fast-paced environment
  • Administrative / Data Entry experience preferred
  • Excellent computer skills including advanced knowledge of MS Office
  • Ability to integrate information from multiple sources quickly and accurately
  • Strong planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well independently, with the Finance team, and across the organization
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize consistently to meet deadlines.
  • Effective corporate communication skills.
