Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Maternal Health Therapist (LCSW, LCPC, or LMFT) passionate about supporting mothers through the emotional and psychological challenges of pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting.

Responsibilities :

  • Provide individual therapy to clients navigating maternal health issues such as pregnancy, postpartum, fertility challenges, miscarriage, infant loss, and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders (PMADs).
  • Develop personalized care plans and coordinate closely with healthcare providers and support networks.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and manage ongoing client care.
  • Offer support groups and psychoeducation for maternal mental health concerns.
  • Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation.
  • Participate in community outreach and educational events related to maternal health.

Qualifications :

  • Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT)
  • Minimum 3–5 years clinical experience, preferably in maternal health or women's mental health.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.
  • Leadership, mentorship, and program development experience.
  • Passionate about maternal mental health and committed to Tides' mission and core values.

    • Job Types : Full-time

    Work Location : In person at our Chicago office with flexibility to work remotely.

    Compensation :   Per session and increases based on experience and network.
