Here, you make a difference.\n\nA Brief Overview\n\nAs an RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care including assessment, diagnosis, and patient education to support our patients and their families throughout their healthcare journey.\n\nWhat you will do\n
- Deliver exceptional patient care by reviewing prescriptions and collaborating with the healthcare team to create and implement nursing care plans.\n
- Assess patients' medical histories and conditions, documenting findings and determining nursing diagnoses.\n
- Instruct patients and their families on healthcare needs, helping them to understand conditions, medications, and self-care techniques.\n
- Regularly evaluate and adjust care plans based on patients' changing health outcomes and needs.\n
- Ensure a safe and healthy care environment by following strict infection control and medication administration protocols.\n
- Maintain accurate patient records and document care services effectively.\n
- Manage patient care equipment and supplies, ensuring all tools are functioning and readily available.\n
- Commit to continuous professional development and adherence to nursing competencies.\n\nEssential Qualifications\n\nMust be able to work specified hours, with the visual acuity and communication skills necessary for performing nursing duties. - Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice upon hire.\n\nPreferred Experience : \n
