RESPONSIBILITIES :

Kforce has a client in need of a Solution Architect in Boston, MA.

Responsibilities :

• Solution Architect will build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to understand business strategy and future needs
• Communicate monthly updates and presentations to senior management on strategic matters
• Consult with architecture, technical teams, senior leadership, and IT leaders on systems design, project scopes, and business cases
• Develop blueprints and roadmaps balancing IT efficiency and business innovation
• Communicate and build consensus with IT and business partners
• Develop and implement new architecture products, processes, and standards
• As a Solution Architect, you will identify cost-saving projects and opportunities for corporate business lines
• Influence business decisions made by leadership
• Lead, guide, and mentor best practices, design standards, and implementation strategies
• Perform comprehensive discovery analysis and document technical solutions
• Design or modify products and services to suit commercial needs
• Act as a liaison between Business Units and IT throughout the product lifecycle
• Complete current state analysis, requirements gathering, and documentation
• Consult with clients to understand their business needs and map them to solutions

REQUIREMENTS :

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical / dental / vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.

Note : Pay is not considered compensation until it is earned, vested and determinable. The amount and availability of any compensation remains in Kforce's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified in its discretion consistent with the law.
