Key Responsibilities
Oversee and refine employee procedures and suggest improvements to internal operating activities
Implement and improve employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with HR strategies
Manage personnel clearance applications and maintain security documentation
Required Qualifications
Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum of three years in human resources management experience preferred
2-3 years' experience in a facility security role supporting government contracts
Active / current security clearance at T3 level or higher
