Our Process Officer II routinely handles all Municipal, Common Pleas, Domestic Relations, and Juvenile warrants and Protection Orders assigned to the work unit (i.e., time stamp, route log, distribute, maintain computer and written records, etc.). They prepare warrant returns notices and files and respond to inquiries regarding the status of Fugitives and Municipal, Common Pleas, Domestic Relations, and Juvenile warrant processes.
They respond to requests for all Municipal, Common Pleas, Fugitive, Domestic, and Juvenile warrants and Protection Orders processes with Allied Agencies or originating sources. Assist various Law Enforcement personnel in the performance of their duties. Advise the appropriate agency to pick up a fugitive from the arresting agency (i.e., dispatch, respond to hit confirmation received via computer systems).
They operate numerous computer systems to enter and update complex, technical warrant history data. The Process Officer II will routinely perform a variety of clerical tasks, including preparing and mailing forms, filing, answering phone calls, and assisting other agencies.
