Associate Director, User Experience Job at IPG Health in New York

Overview

The Associate Director, User Experience is a player-coach role who oversees the UX team, ensuring the user experience aligns with the overall goals of Rise and Run and our brands. This involves strategic planning, collaborating with other depts, and setting a vision for the User Experience direction. They will be expected to mentor other User Experience professionals, across all brands, driving innovation and contributing to the development of a cohesive UX strategy for RRH. This role requires a visionary, who will lead a team of UX Architects, leading them in designing innovative products and digital solutions.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Team Management : Supervises the team to ensure the team is delivering quality work, developing skills, and knowledge to perform their work effectively.
• Strategy Development and Implementation
• Responsible for developing and implementing data to drive creative solutions.
• Educate internal partners on best practices.

Salary

$120,000 - 155,000k annually.
