We’re looking for passionate, energetic individuals to join our retail sales team as Entry Level Sales Representativs, representing top-tier TV, internet, and phone providers inside popular retail locations.

What You’ll Be Doing :

As a Entry Level Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of the brand, engaging directly with retail shoppers to match them with customized home entertainment and connectivity packages.

Your day-to-day will include :

  • Actively approaching and connecting with customers in-store
  • Understanding their needs and recommending the best TV, internet, and phone solutions
  • Explaining features, pricing, and promotions clearly and confidently
  • Meeting and exceeding personal sales goals and key performance metrics
  • Following up with leads and assisting with service activations
  • Keeping your sales station clean, organized, and visually appealing
  • Collaborating with your team and retail partners to maximize impact

What We’re Looking For :

  • Goal-driven mindset with a desire to exceed performance targets
  • A natural people-person with strong communication skills
  • Confident, upbeat, and eager to learn
  • Customer-focused approach with a passion for helping others
  • Retail, sales, or customer service experience preferred (but not required)
  • Comfortable using mobile devices and sales tools to process transactions
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and some holidays
