Overview

Hillabee Baptist Church is seeking a Part-Time Music Director to lead our congregation in worship Sunday morning, Sunday evening, Wednesday prayer meeting and choir practice Wednesday night.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Pastor to arrange appropriate song selections for each Sunday morning service and any special events that will require music.
• Meet with and lead the choir regularly to prepare for choir specials, Easter and Christmas cantatas, etc.
• Create an environment for others to grow musically and spiritually through joining the choir, special music, etc.
• Manage the music ministry budget and music resources of the church.
• Coordinate with church staff on the order of service each week.
