Job Summary : \n\nWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Travel RN – Med Surg / Telemetry (MS / Tele) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the nursing process in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit with telemetry monitoring.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n\nDeliver patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.\nMonitor patients on telemetry for cardiac rhythm changes and respond appropriately.\nAdminister medications, perform treatments, and document care in the EMR system.\nCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.\nEducate patients and families about health conditions and post-hospital care.\nAdhere to hospital policies, procedures, and nursing standards of practice.\nFloat to similar units as needed based on facility needs.\nMaintain accurate, timely documentation and follow safety protocols.\n\nQualifications : \n\nCurrent RN license in [State] or compact license.\nMinimum 2 years of recent experience in a Med Surg / Telemetry unit.\nBLS and ACLS certification (American Heart Association required).\nStrong telemetry monitoring and interpretation skills
