• Description : Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose CA is seeking an experienced BC / BE OB-GYN Hospitalist to join their dynamic 24 / 7 in-house team providing comprehensive obstetrical care within a leading Regional Perinatal Center in the heart of Silicon Valley.Job Description : Provide 24 / 7 in-house OB-GYN hospitalist coverageOur hospitalists provide 24 / 7 in-house coverage.Attend deliveries and provide obstetrical triage servicesConduct patient evaluations and manage obstetric patientsAssist in surgical procedures as neededMonitor fetal well-being continuouslyProvide emergency room coverage for OB-GYN patientsCollaborate with Maternal-Fetal Medicine specialists who lead the programWork within a hospital with a Level III NICU and affiliated neonatologistsParticipate in a community back-up call system for gynecologic surgeriesThis is a permanent full-time position that requires residency within the immediate local area.
