Responsibilities

• Support hands-on and engineering product and process development of a wide variety of composite materials and processes
• Identify limitations of current state of the art and offer development activities leveraging Textron capabilities
• Work as part of a multi-discipline project team consisting of materials scientists, thermal–mechanical modeling, modeling and simulation
• Contribute as a technical partner to build state-of-the-art manufacturing and test facilities for prototype through production
