Insight Global is hiring : UX Researcher in Stamford

Insight global is hiring for a Qualitative User Researcher for a large telecommunications client local to Stamford, CT. This user researcher focuses on understanding the behaviors, needs, and motivations of u through various research method. They will need to understand customer issues and the customer journey. On a daily basis they will gather qualitative data from interviews, focus groups, and observations to identify patterns and insights.

They have detailed conversations with u to explore their experiences, thoughts, and feelings, as well as visualize the user's experience over time to highlight pain points and opportunities for improvement. This is a contract to hire position with a pay rate of $60-$65hr.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience working a qualitative user researcher.
• Experience with qualitative Data Analysis Software : Tools like NVivo or ATLAS.ti for coding and analyzing qualitative data.
• Excellent communication : comfortable speaking with customers
• Experience conducting Interviews and Surveys :
• gathering qualitative and quantitative data by talking directly to u or sending out surveys
• Proficient with developing user research plans, user testing, journey mapping and conducting findings
• Storytelling ability- via presentations and creating videos

Bachelor's degree
