Job Description
A highly respected, award-winning general contractor-consistently recognized as a ‘Best Place to Work’- is seeking a talented Healthcare Focused Superintendent to join its dynamic team. This role would be based out of their Tampa, Jacksonville or Miami office and cover healthcare, commercial & light industrial projects throughout Florida.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations at assigned construction sites, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget
- Lead, mentor, and manage field teams, subcontractors, and suppliers, fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Coordinate material deliveries, equipment logistics, and site inspections to maintain project momentum and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, maintain detailed daily logs, and report regularly to project managers and company leadership.
