International Operations Coordinator

We're looking for a detail-driven International Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be at the center of it all-coordinating shipments, keeping customers informed, and making sure freight moves seamlessly across the country and beyond. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love the challenge of balancing precision with customer service, this is your chance to make an impact.

Schedule : 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Pay Rate : $23 - $25 / hr. (Depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and manage daily shipments via air, truckload, LTL, and local modes across the U.S. and internationally.
• Ensure on-time pick-ups, deliveries, and accurate documentation-every detail counts!
• Deliver top-notch customer service by keeping clients informed, solving issues quickly, and maintaining strong relationships.
• Create rate quotes, arrange freight, and assist with vendor websites to track shipments.
• Maintain accurate records, reporting, and compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Support team projects, share updates, and work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
