Our client, a ground-breaking, technology-powered Tax Firm, is currently looking for a highly technical and strategic Director of Tax to join their leadership team. You’ll play a pivotal role in elevating the client experience, refining processes, and shaping the future of tax delivery.

Responsibilities of this position will include :

• Lead and review complex individual (1040) and entity returns with precision and confidence.
• Act as a trusted advisor to high-earning clients, delivering proactive guidance and strategic planning.
• Keep a sharp eye on tax law changes—researching new legislation and translating it into actionable strategies.
• Communicate directly with tax authorities and partners as needed
• Mentor, train, and lead a growing tax team—assigning work, developing talent, and ensuring excellence across the board.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to help build the tools that will power the next generation of tax prep.
