Front of House Manager Mi Cocina (Tulsa)

Are you a dynamic leader ready to join a vibrant, growing company with a fun and authentic Mexican full-service concept? Mi Cocina is looking for a passionate Front of House Manager to help bring our exciting vision to life in Tulsa! Were expanding rapidly and looking for culture-driven leaders ready to grow with us.

Responsibilities :

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations, ensuring every guest enjoys an outstanding experience.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members to uphold Mi Cocinas high standards of service and hospitality.
  • Manage scheduling, inventory, and guest relations with a hands-on, proactive approach.
  • Partner with the kitchen and leadership teams to maintain seamless service and strong communication.
  • Foster a positive, energetic culture that reflects our brand values and lively concept.

Requirements :

  • Proven leadership experience in a full-service restaurant.
  • Willingness to relocate to Tulsa and attend a 7-week paid training program in Dallas (housing provided).
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills with a genuine passion for hospitality.
  • Ready to start training immediately upon selection.
