Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vehicle release and pickup by communicating with body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance companies
Maintain accurate vehicle files and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment
Meet daily performance goals, including making over 100 calls and processing more than 60 live lots daily
Required Qualifications
Minimum of one year of office support experience in a customer service role
High school diploma or GED
Typing speed of 45 WPM and familiarity with basic 10-key
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional virtual appearance with a quiet, distraction-free workspace
