Schedule : Osaic has returned to the office on a hybrid schedule requiring a minimum of 4 days weekly in the office. Applicants must be willing to work this schedule.

Role Type : Full time

Salary : $80,000 - $110,000 per year + annual bonus

Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Planning Platform Manager to oversee the day-to-day administration and ongoing development of our advisor-facing financial planning billing, invoicing, and payment platform (AdvicePay). This consultant level role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, process, and advisor support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user support, systems updates, license tracking, feature enhancements, and reporting. The goal of these dedicated activities would be to ensure a smooth and compliant experience for both financial advisors and clients.

Responsibilities :

Advisor Support & Issue Resolution : Serves as the primary point of contact for advisor inquiries related to system access, billing and payment workflows, financial planning agreements usage, compensation discrepancies, and other support topics. Create and update user guides and other advisor facing reference and training materials.
User Management : Monitor and maintain accurate records of platform user licenses to ensure compliance and appropriate access control.
Platform Oversight : Track software updates and coordinate with the communications team to deliver timely, clear field updates and training materials. Have a thorough understanding of firm settings within the platform. Update DocuSign templates utilized for agreement signatures for improvements and changes to forms or disclosures.
Feature Evaluation & UX Improvements : Continuously assess new platform features and enhancements to improve the experience for end clients, financial advisors, and internal stakeholders.
Reporting & Insights : Develop and maintain regular reporting on platform adoption, usage trends, and operational metrics to inform leadership and support decision-making.

Requirements :

3-5 years of experience in financial services, financial planning operations, or financial platform / product management roles.

Familiarity with billing, invoicing, or compensation processes within a financial planning or wealth management context.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to time-sensitive advisor needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.

Experience working with third-party software platforms and coordinating with internal cross-functional teams (communications, compliance, technology).

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools for reporting and insight is a plus.

Education Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university is preferred. High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) is required.
