Task breakdown :

  • 85% heads-down work The majority of the day is focused on independently managing donation and transportation projects.
  • This includes scheduling and tracking nonprofit routes in Salesforce, ensuring data accuracy, resolving logistics issues as they arise, and preparing project updates or impact reports.
  • Associates will also spend time drafting monthly narratives that highlight the stories behind the donations and demonstrate measurable community impact.
  • 10% meetings Time is spent connecting with nonprofit partners, internal client teams, and delivery stakeholders.

  • Day-to-day responsibilities include :

  • Managing multiple nonprofit transportation and donation projects in parallel.
  • Serving as a primary point of contact for nonprofit partners through email, instant messaging, and other channels.

    Direct Community Impact at Scale

  • Every decision and route managed translates into essential items-like food, clothing, and school supplies-reaching people in need.
  • It's rare to have a logistics role where you can see such immediate, tangible social good come from your work
  • Harnessing client's Resources for Good

  • This isn't just project management-it's leveraging client's global logistics network, delivery partners, and operational excellence to power pro bono donation routes.
  • The role sits at the intersection of world-class infrastructure and grassroots community benefit
  • Mission-Driven Work with Visible Outcomes

  • Unlike many behind-the-scenes program roles, this one lets you directly connect execution to impact.
  • Every successful route completed means real families and nonprofits are supported, turning operational excellence into lives improved
  • Leadership Principle :

  • Earns Trust This role is the bridge between client and nonprofit partners. Building and maintaining trust is critical, whether that's through accurate data entry, clear communication, or consistently delivering on commitments. Trust ensures nonprofits feel confident relying on client's support for essential community needs.
  • Customer Obsession In this role, the "customer" is the nonprofit partner and the communities they serve. Every route scheduled, every logistics challenge resolved, and every detail entered in Salesforce contributes to making sure essential items reach people who need them most. Obsessing over the customer means obsessing over impact.
  • Deliver Results Communities depend on these donation routes being executed accurately and on time. Success isn't just about planning-it's about delivering outcomes that matter. This principle resonates because at the end of the day, the role is measured by results : completed routes, accurate reporting, and tangible community impact.

  • Experience with corporate social responsibility initiatives or non-profit operations
  • Top 3 hard skills

  • Attention to detail This role involves managing donation and transportation routes end-to-end in Salesforce and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. A small miss (like an incorrect pickup window or data error) can ripple into delayed deliveries for nonprofits, so precision and accuracy are critical.
  • Ability to work across multiple product lines The candidate must be comfortable managing different logistics flows (e.g., DSP, linehaul) and flexing between them as projects evolve. Success depends on being able to quickly understand requirements and seamlessly shift between complex operational models
