Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance services
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and accurate completion of services
- Prepare estimates, invoices, and necessary paperwork for services rendered
- Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns

Requirements
