Electrical Construction Project Manager
Actalent is seeking to hire a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in construction management for union electrical contracting projects. This role is ideal for someone with experience in mission critical environments such as data centers or semiconductor facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing project execution, managing labor resources, coordinating submittals and change orders, and ensuring timely and accurate project closeouts.
Key Responsibilities :
- Interpret scope of work and identify when change orders are required.
- Understand and manage project closeout requirements.
- Develop and maintain man-loading schedules for union labor.
- Evaluate labor needs using cost-to-complete reports, job cost tracking, and project schedules.
- Set up and maintain job cost tracking reports.
- Participate in bid closings and review budgets with estimators.
- Assist Estimator and Project Administrator (PA) in obtaining and assembling submittals.
- Review and monitor submittal logs monthly; expedite or resubmit as needed.
- Coordinate and assign responsibilities for change proposals.
- Collaborate with Estimator, PA, and field leadership to define scope and ensure proposal clarity.
- Review change proposals for pricing accuracy and presentation quality.
- Submit change order pricing within contract timelines and customer expectations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62.50 - $72.12 / hr.
