Role Summary

We’re looking for a Site Supervisor who’s as comfortable leading subcontractors and inspecting framing as they are logging data in JobTread and collaborating with AI-powered project tools. This is a role for a forward-thinking builder who values precision, accountability, and continuous learning.

The Site Supervisor is the human sensor on the ground — capturing what happens in real life so Hibriten’s AI systems can predict, optimize, and learn. You’ll lead daily field operations, ensure quality and safety, and turn every phase of the build into actionable knowledge for the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day field operations, ensuring adherence to plans, budgets, and Hibriten’s quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractors, inspections, and scheduling to keep projects on track.
• Capture and upload daily site data, photos, and material deliveries in JobTread to feed predictive scheduling and quality systems.
• Use AI-assisted dashboards to forecast issues and flag cost or schedule variances early.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized jobsite that reflects Hibriten’s professionalism.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Manager, Controller, and Office Manager to ensure smooth information flow between the field and office.
• Participate in digital training and provide feedback on new AI tools deployed to enhance field efficiency.
