Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Thrive Now Recovery Centers

Hiring for all Shifts - Full Time, Part-Time & PRN 12-hour shifts

Thrive Now Recovery Centers, in partnership with Ascension Recovery Services, is committed to helping individuals overcome substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. Were opening our newest facility in April 2025 and are building a dedicated team to bring our mission to life.

WHAT YOULL DO

  • Conduct Medical Assessments Complete intake assessments including vitals, medical history, interviews, and drug screenings.
  • Administer Medications Dispense medications according to treatment plans and monitor for effectiveness.
  • Educate Patients Provide clear guidance on medications and health information to support recovery.
  • Maintain Documentation Generate and reconcile monthly MARs and ensure accurate records.
  • Support Facility Operations Assist with administrative tasks, front desk coverage, and cross-functional teamwork.
  • Assist with Diagnostics Support the medical team with tests and procedures.
  • Provide Family Education Help patients and families understand care plans and treatment expectations.
  • Contribute to Team Goals Collaborate with Recovery Support Specialists and other staff to ensure high-quality care.

    • WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

  • Current Iowa LPN license
  • At least 6 months of experience as an LPN; experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment is a plus
  • Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a dynamic environment
