Full-time perm placement

Schedule Monday - Friday with no call responsibilities

Work alongside :

1 experienced Advanced Practice Provider

A dedicated RN / Nurse Navigator

Collaborate closely with the oncology team to deliver coordinated care

Practice scope includes :

Hospital consults

Outpatient clinic follow-ups

Nursing home outreach within the community

Opportunity to grow and develop a specialized palliative care practice
