job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPaid vacation Perform yard repairs, including welding, cutting, and other fabrication work Schedule pole brace pick-ups in coordination with project management Review construction drawings and erection sequences to monitor job progress and report issues Band and load braces onto flatbed trailers Attend jobsite meetings and visits to document progress for the Project Manager Conduct field repairs such as camber adjustments and patching Coordinate with client subcontractors as needed Certified Welder Forklift and Man Lift Certification Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Must be dependable and available during off hours
