DIRECT HIRE :  Seeking a Licensed Land Surveyor for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a growing engineering company in Ridley Township.

Salary : $120-150K annually based on experience

Schedule : M-F, 8 am to 5 pm (flexible) - Summer months 4-day work week (4-10 hours M-T)

Job Responsibilities for Professional Land Surveyor :

• Accurately measuring and mapping boundaries
• Preparing legal descriptions and plats
• Ensuring compliance with regulations
• Using specialized equipment and technologies
• Work in a team or as an individual under multiple project deadlines

Qualifications for Professional Land Surveyor :

Minimum 3 years of experience in the field

Active PA Land surveyor license

Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred (not essential)
