Managing Attorney (Business Litigation)

Key Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited institution and active California State Bar admission.
• Minimum of five years of experience in litigation, specializing in business litigation or employment defense.
• Proven leadership skills, with prior experience managing attorneys and legal staff effectively.
• Strong command of civil procedure, evidence, and substantive law in your areas of focus.
• Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while meeting deadlines consistently.
• Demonstrated experience in overseeing case assignments and maintaining balanced workloads.

Compensation and Benefits :

• $185,000 - $225,000 annual salary provided you meet your billables before including incentives
• A competitive incentive compensation package based on reaching individual and departmental goals, which can push your total compensation above $300,000;
