Key Responsibilities
Lead campaigns (email, push, SMS, webinars) to increase customer adoption and retention
Collaborate with Customer Success to create content and resources that drive product engagement
Launch scalable customer programs to highlight new features and improve overall product usage
Required Qualifications
4+ years' experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product marketing (B2B SaaS or B2C)
Proven ability to influence customer behavior through effective content and communications
Strong storytelling skills with excellent writing abilities across various channels
Comfortable working cross-functionally, particularly with Customer Success and Product Marketing
Analytical mindset to measure campaign impact and optimize for retention
