New Generation Improvements is hiring a Field Manager to support our Residential Construction Projects!
In this role you'll be supporting ADU Construction, Full home Renovations, bathroom, and kitchen remodels! We are offering between $52,000 and $60,000 to start, with room to grow from there.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Interact with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to execute multiple projects
- Manage, lead, and support our field crews
- Communicate with the team in the office via email and regular zoom meetings
- Help the business grow!
