Summary Of Driver Recruiter Manager Responsibilities :
The Driver Recruiter Manager will be responsible to actively search for and recruit oversize / overweight specialized and Cryogenic, hazmat, industrial gases CDL drivers. Obtain all required information, including but not limited to, home time requirements, experience, CDL license endorsements and Canadian eligibility to review with team to determine pay rate offering for candidates. Monitors and encourages compliance with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations through auditing of required documentation submitted by drivers. Provide training to drivers regarding the rules and regulations on the proper completion of all required documents. Provide technical assistance on installation, use, and troubleshooting operation of Electronic Logging Devices. This position is a critical team member who ensures our fleet stays rolling efficiently! Remote working options are available for the right candidate, but some travel will be expected and / or as required.

Proactively engage passive candidates through sourcing and pipeline building as well as adopting new sourcing channels. (Always be recruiting)
Proactively engage candidates through various social media comments and messages.
Work with various recruiters, including but not limited to, field recruiters and sister company recruiters to maximize results.
Achieve individual and company hiring goals through identifying, screening, and pre-qualifying driver candidates to maintain seated truck count.
Consult and collaborate with internal partners on sourcing strategy, interviewing techniques, and market data.
Develop a working knowledge of transportation laws and DOT regulations to have a strong understanding of what our candidates encounter every day.
Share your knowledge of Southern Pines Trucking Specialized driver, Tanker driver, pay plans and benefit packages to potential candidates .
Provide complete, accurate, and inspiring information to candidates and ensure an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication.
Maintain strict levels of confidentiality in handling sensitive information to ensure that the candidate's information is protected.
Improve recruiting results by working and collaborating with other SPT and PGT recruiting team members.
Coordinate events, attend and host career fairs, conduct school visits, and network with potential candidates.
