Job responsibilities

Responsibilities include general repairs, basic electrical and plumbing, carpentry, painting, responding to maintenance requests, and inspections. Tasks also involve maintaining records, operating tools safely, assisting with landscaping, collaborating with others, and following safety protocols.

Skills and qualifications

Candidates should have proven handyman experience, basic knowledge of trades like electrical and plumbing, and tool proficiency. Problem-solving, communication, and independence are also important. Physical stamina is required. A high school diploma or GED is typical, with technical certifications being advantageous. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be needed.

Compensation

$20 per hour with 5% commission of every sale executed at high-quality completion of work for a total comp of $49k / year.
