Solventum is seeking Production Operator candidates to join our team in Columbia MO!

• Shift Options : 2nd, 3rd or night rotating shift (see under “Your Skills & Expertise”)
• Starting Pay : $21.29-$24.24 / hour + Shift Differentials (varies by experience)
• Pay Increase after 12 months to $22.65-$25.58 / hour

2nd Shift (3 : 30pm – 11 : 30pm)

The starting rate of pay for this position is $21.29 - $24.24 / hour. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and / or experience.
