Akkodis is seeking a Commercial Maintenance Technician - EFO Mobile for a contract with a client in Cypress, TX. This role involves performing preventative and corrective maintenance across commercial properties while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

Note : Shift : 1st Shift Mon – Friday : May include alternative work shift. AM shift at 5 : 00 am and possible evening work

Rate Range : $27 / hour to 32 / hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Commercial Maintenance Technician - EFO Mobile job responsibilities include :

Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds across multiple customer sites.

Utilize trade skills such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and HVAC to resolve maintenance issues and maintain facilities in like-new condition.

Travel within an assigned territory using a company-provided vehicle to deliver timely and efficient service.

Engage directly with customers to ensure high-quality workmanship and maintain professional relationships.

Use mobile technology (tablet / smartphone) to manage work orders, submit reports, and track compliance and safety documentation.

Required Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or certification in trades (e.g., electrical, HVAC, plumbing) preferred.

2–5 years of hands-on experience in general maintenance across multiple trades.

Ability to travel to various customer sites and perform preventative and corrective maintenance.

Strong customer service skills and proficiency in using mobile technology for work order management and reporting.

Pay Details : $27.00 to $32.00 per hour
