Core Data Administrator RadiFi Credit Union

Overview

RadiFi Credit Union has a new opportunity for a Core Data Administrator to join their IT division as they continue to expand their team!

This individual will be a key contributor to enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of the Credit Union's core processing operations with its core system, Jack Henry, Symitar, and third-party tools to accomplish assigned projects that will enhance the overall customer experience. The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining the Episys core system, including complete and daily operations, periodic enhancements, customizations with PowerOn programs, and integration with other business systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the Episys core system : daily operations, ongoing maintenance, and periodic enhancements.
• Develop and implement PowerOn customizations and ensure integration with other business systems.
• Lead data sourcing and maintenance, policy development, and report / dashboard development to support informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes and drive an information-enabled culture.
• Manage data exchange and integration with Jack Henry / Symitar and other third-party tools.
