We balance design, genuine hospitality, and craft cocktails, creating a place where guests and staff feel the rhythm of great service. Offering a rotating list of zero-waste cocktails with distillates made from foraged and greenmarket ingredients served alongside vegetable-forward snacks.

Bartender Role and Responsibilities
Golden Ratio is actively seeking professional and experienced Bartenders for our opening team. We are looking for individuals who create genuine connections with their guests, and who pride themselves on the ability to curate a memorable experience. Experience in an elevated craft cocktail setting and ability to build drinks while providing a high level of hospitality is required. Knowledge and enthusiasm about natural wine is desired, as is attention to acute detail and steps of service. We require a minimum of two years bartending in cocktail bars or restaurants and a strong background in beverage. An interest in sustainable practices and locally sourced produce is a plus.

All member of the service team will be bar and floor trained. With rotating shifts behind the bar and engaging with guests on the floor.
