About the Job
Taco Bell is looking for a highly motivated leader to join the finance team to head Pricing and Menuboard Strategy. You'll be part of a fast-paced and dynamic team that partners closely with Marketing, Digital, Finance, Business Analytics, International, and cross brand teams. You'll be the primary relationship owner for a team of third-party consultants.
The Senior Manager is instrumental in developing strategies to price to offset inflation, while enabling long term growth goals. You'll play a key role in shaping pricing and menuboard strategy across the entire menu (omni-channel), from our core to Limited Time Offers (LTOs)including price recommendations, menu architecture, and related Revenue Growth Management principles. This individual will possess a solid background in finance and be able to articulate the business model impact from pricing. Another key responsibility is partnering cross-functionally with data science and pricing consultants to extract actionable insights from across more than 7,500 restaurants and competitive intelligence. You'll lead the team responsible for developing pricing related insights, tools, and analytics. In addition, you'll be responsible for developing and executing the pricing strategy across more than 500 company-owned restaurants.
We're looking for a dynamic and high-impact leader that has the potential to grow into more senior roles within the finance team. This is a great point of entry to Taco Bell; successful individuals have moved to roles in finance, strategy, and development at Taco Bell and across YUM brands.

Salary Range : $153,200 to $180,300 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
