Primary Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers.
• Answer questions.
• Provide community tours.
• Take registrations.
• Attend sales-oriented events and special functions.
• Attend activities that promote Del Webb communities, including but not limited to :
• Traffic-building events (i.e. : barbecues, theme parties, entertainment functions, demonstrations and promotional events open to the public)
• New phase releases, grand openings and groundbreaking events
• National sales events
• Informational seminars
• Resident relations events
• Community relations events (Local Chamber or other Organizations, etc.)
• Realtor events
• Testimonials / interviews for use in ads, website, mailings
• Reference list for Prospects
• Other duties as assigned.
