Day County, South Dakota Applicant should have some experience in general mechanics and be willing to operate any or all equipment used by the department such as gravel trucks, loaders, mowers, etc. Applicant should be able to do general labor such as fencing, picking rock, culvert work, lifting and putting up signs. Applicant must have or be able to obtain a commercial driver’s license (county will assist with the CDL). Health insurance and retirement benefits provided.
