Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

This role is ideal for professionals experienced in managing pharmacy operations within an inpatient setting, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications for patients. The position offers a contract engagement with a duration of 13 weeks, providing a dynamic work environment with variable hours.

Location :

  • La Crosse, WI area

Schedule / Hours :

  • Varied shifts between 6 : 30 AM and 5 : 00 PM
  • Rotating weekend schedule

    • Responsibilities :

  • Dispense medications accurately and efficiently within the inpatient hospital setting
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient medication therapy
  • Maintain pliance with regulatory standards and hospital protocols
  • Utilize EPIC electronic health record system to manage patient information and medication orders
  • Participate in medication safety initiatives and counseling of patients as necessary

    • Qualifications :

  • Licensed Pharmacist with credentials suitable for hospital-based pharmacy practice
  • Experience in inpatient pharmacy operations required
  • Proficiency with EPIC or similar electronic health records preferred
  • Strong attention to detail with a mitment to patient safety
  • Excellent munication and teamwork skills
