Job Description
The Loaner Agent / Coordinator is responsible for managing the dealership's fleet of loaner vehicles and ensuring an efficient, professional, and customer-focused experience for service customers who require a temporary vehicle. This role involves administrative tasks, vehicle tracking, customer service, and coordination with the service department.
