A company is looking for a Lead, Revenue Cycle Management Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership oversight and mentorship to RCM teams, primarily offshore
Handle escalated inquiries and disputes from patients and insurance companies
Identify trends in payer accounts and develop process improvements in RCM
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
High School Diploma required; Associate degree preferred
Three years of related work experience in healthcare administration, insurance, or customer service
Two years of experience in HME, Diabetic, or home medical supplies preferred
Experience in a Medicare-certified HME, IV, or HH environment is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn new technologies
